Rebuilding after water damage

When flooring becomes damaged by water it often swells and buckles which means it has to be removed so that the drying process can begin for the sub-floor where water is often trapped beneath the soggy boards. 

Once the floor is dry and we removed the equipment it's time to consider what to install to replace the flooring that was lost.
